2-29 Overwhelmed

2-28 String Cheeze
Today was the first day of my little assistant, Maxwell, helping me with my random acts of kindness! He’s fitting in very well around here, truly an inspiration member of the team.

I had an illuminating conversation with an archangel today. Today was his last day of training, so I sat down intending to help him study for the test he needs to take on the menu on Tuesday.

2-26 Tickets (and egg rolls) of Kindness
Today had me doing two random acts of kindness, and receiving one! I stopped at a Chinese carry-out on the way to work and bought my co-workers egg rolls. They inhaled them. It was both shocking and disgusting, but I’m glad they liked them.
My other RAOK involved Danny. Yesterday my boss told me that she and one of my coworkers were organizing another fundraiser for Danny’s family....

I just realized something funny! My boss just hired a new guy at work named Michael, and my manager’s name is Gabriel, and my name is Rachel!! We’re down right angelic!!

2-25 Lots of little ROAKs
Woke up today sick! Again! And then went to work at the restaurant for 10 hours! BUT, it was a good day.
Couldn’t think of any unique random acts of kindness today, so I just helped a co-worker roll silverware while she was eating so she could get home faster. I also gave a sticker to a child of one of the cooks in the kitchen.

2-24 Popped Corn and Stuffed Animals
Today was a very long, but very satisfying day! I normally have Biology from 8am to 1:30 pm, but my professor let us out at 11am, so I got to go home and take a nap!! Naps are exciting, especially when you stayed up to 4am the previous night doing biology homework.

2-20 Silverware
Kinda fumbled on the random act of kindness today, but managed to pull one out of the bag last minute.
Right before Valentine’s Day my boss at the restaurant ordered more silverware. They way we work is we rolled the silverware in napkins and tap it closed with a little sticker.
At the end of your shift your given side work, plus you have to roll whatever silverware that is clean. Before...
